Store Manager Le Parisien Crêpes & Coffee Position Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, managing employees, maintaining food quality and safety standards, controlling inventory, and driving sales. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: Oversee daily café operations Lead, coach, and motivate team members Recruit, train, and schedule employees Ensure outstanding customer service Maintain food quality and presentation standards Monitor cleanliness and compliance with health regulations Manage inventory and place supply orders Reduce food waste and control labor costs Handle customer concerns professionally Open and close the store as needed Monitor daily sales and prepare reports Coordinate catering orders and special events Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed Assist with local marketing and community events Work alongside the team during busy periods Qualifications: 2+ years of restaurant, café, or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Experience with POS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is a plus Preferred Experience Coffee shop management French café or bakery experience Catering coordination Inventory management Staff scheduling Social media and local marketing experience Physical Requirements: Stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Work in a kitchen environment Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly Compensation Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance bonus opportunities Employee meal discounts Paid training Career growth opportunities Why Join Le Parisien?
